Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All guests must be over 21 and provide valid identification at check-in. Concourse reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest without an accepted form of ID, if guest in question appears visibly intoxicated, and/or if guest in question is acting inappropriately.
